国联通信(08060.HK)折让30.4%向控股股东配股 筹4,000万
国联通信(08060.HK)公布,与公司执董及控股股东李健诚(认购方)订立认购协议,以每股认购价0.0348元配发及发行11.75亿股新股份(占公司已发行股份56.25%及扩大後股本约36%)予李氏,认购价较前收市价元折让约30.4%。
认购事项所得款项总额估计为4,089万元。所得款项净额估计约为4,000万元,公司拟将其用於一般营运用途,特别是用於满足集团业务夥伴的潜在订单,供应公共交通车载POS设备并搭载安装公司专利2.4G技术软件。
