格隆汇8月28日丨富汇建筑控股(01034.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止中期,收益2.54亿港元,同比增长95.94%;年内溢利及全面收益总额630.8万港元,同比增长68.44%;每股盈利基0.39港仙。
收益增加主要归因于期内,承接若干初始合约金额较大的项目;及(获授的新项目自2019年第二季度起开始为集团贡献收益。
此外,撇除一次性上市开支,截至2019年及2018年6月30日止六个月的溢利及全面收益总额分别约为630万港元及1160万港元,减少45.7%。
