国美零售(00493.HK)：上半年新业务高质量增长 县域店GMV同比大增339%
格隆汇8月27日丨国美零售(00493.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，集团实现收入343.33亿元人民币(单位下同)，与去年同期相比保持平稳；综合毛利处于17.92%的高位水平；财务(成本)/收入及税前利润由负转正为3.66亿元。
报告期内，集团全面推进"家·生活"战略，坚持自主创新和变革升级，以"家"为核心，努力实现从家电零售商向"家·生活"整体方案提供商、服务解决商和供应链输出商转型。在"家·生活"的战略指导下，以家电、家装、家居、家服务为触点，形成用户全方位深度交互生态，致力于推动中国家庭从品质生活向美好生活迈进。
报告期内，集团的交易总额("GMV")与去年同期相比增长约1.80%，其中县域店(自营店+新零售店)GMV增长约339%，美店GMV增长约123%，智能产品GMV增长约62%，家庭整体解决方案"柜电一体化"GMV增长约108%及服务GMV增长约32%。
报告期内，集团库存周转效率持续提升，库存周转天数同比减少12天至54天。
截至2019年6月30日止，集团资金充裕，现金及现金等价物约为101.06亿元。
展望未来，国美的家庭整体解决方案将继续打造满足消费者个性化、智能化的家电、家装、家居、家服务一站式创新消费体验；继续加大渠道全面下沉的速度，做到存量深耕、增量增长；以实体店和美店作为低成本流量来源的核心，借助社交零售的快速裂变传播，最终形成一张密集、无边界的消费网络；通过自有产品和智能开放平台，构建起庞大的国美智能产品矩阵，为用户提供智能家庭整体解决方案；并围绕智慧家庭全生命周期，以技术赋能服务，针对家电购买后行为进行服务拓展。中国正式进入5G商用元年，国美将充分利用这一契机，以物联技术、终端服务、智能硬件实现智慧家庭整体解决方案全产业链价值，打造"5G新零售"消費生態圈。
