先施(00244.HK)公布,截至昨日(26日)下午四时正,要约人已收到涉及股份要约项下合共8,116.75万股要约股份的有效接纳,相当於现有已发行股本约6.18%,并无接获购股权要约项下之有效接纳。
要约完成并经计及有关要约股份的有效接纳,要约人及其一致行动人士持有、控制或支配合共9.56亿股股份,相当於公司已发行股本总额约72.76%。
紧随要约截止後,3.58亿股股份(相当於公司已发行股本约27.24%)由公众持有,因此公司继续符合上市规则下最低公众持股量的规定。 ~
