锦欣生殖(01951.HK)六个月股东应占利润大增152.25%至1.7亿元
格隆汇8月25日丨锦欣生殖(01951.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止六个月，实现收益7.91亿元人民币(单位下同)，同比增长92.09%；毛利3.81亿元，同比增长100.31%；公司拥有人应占期内利润1.7亿元，同比增长152.25%；基本每股盈利0.09元。
公告称，收益增加主要是由于(i)集团成都及深圳业务的IVF患者数目及IVF取卵周期数增加；(ii)将美国业务自2019年1月1日起的经营业绩纳入集团；及(iii)深圳中山医院于2018年上半年完成装修。
成都业务方面，成都网络医疗机构贡献的收益由截至2018年6月30日止六个月的约2.83亿元增加22.6%至截至2019年6月30日止六个月的约3.47亿元，主要由于西囡医院集团提供的ARS收益增加以及锦江生殖中心所进行的IVF取卵周期数目增加而向锦江生殖中心收取的管理服务费增加。
深圳业务方面，收益由截至2018年6月30日止六个月的约1.29亿元增加25.0%至截至2019年6月30日止六个月的约1.61亿元，主要由于深圳中山医院于2018年上半年完成了装修导致IVF取卵周期数目增加以及每个IVF取卵周期的平均消费增加。
美国业务方面，集团根据与美国加利福尼亚州HRCMedical订立的管理服务协议提供管理服务，截至2019年6月30日止六个月其产生的收益约为2.7亿元。
研发方面，集团的研发开支由截至2018年6月30日止六个月的约560万元增加3.4%至截至2019年6月30日止六个月的约580万元，主要由于集团研发团队的员工成本增加以及彼等所使用的材料成本增加。研发开支主要包括集团深圳中山医院进行辅助生殖技术项目，特别是生殖免疫学项目的研发团队的员工成本及研发团队所用材料的成本。
据悉，2019年2月，成都西囡医院将其业务搬迁至新医院楼，新医院楼是一幢现代化的高层建筑，设备齐全，拥有宽敝的IVF实验室、健身设施、新增停车位、额外的设施及服务，为先前建筑面积的七倍以上，总建筑面积为42,659.64平方米。
这次搬迁大大拓展了运营，优化及更好地整合患者治疗流程，使成都西囡医院的容纳能力增强，能够为更多患者提供服务，及为患者提供更全面的服务。
此外，在2019年6月底，为了进一步改善患者治疗体验，公司完成了对锦江生殖中心门诊的装修，其面积从约300平方米扩大到1,674平方米。装修工程还扩大了患者等候区及门诊室。
