格隆汇8月23日丨众安集团(00672.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止中期,集团的营业额约为人民币34.18.亿元(单位下同),同比大幅增加约113.4%;毛利约为15.57亿元,同比增长约181.4%。纯利3.33亿元,同比增长462.03%;每股未经审核盈利为0.06元,不派息。

鉴于不断变化的市场状况,于回顾期内集团坚持审慎、稳健的经营方针,在继续深耕于具竞争优势的长三角地区的同时,稳定有序地先後进入了昆明和青岛市场。因应市况及时部署运营和销售策略,将推出满足自用为主的高性价比产品,以实现较为理想的业绩。

于回顾期内,集团共有23个新开售项目和分期在售的现有项目,连同10个在建及规划中的项目,主要分布於长三角的六个城市及其他地区三个城市,整体销售表现符合预期。集团录得合同销售金额约为50.36亿元,比2018年同期增长约45.0%。

酒店营运方面,集团旗下位于杭州萧山的众安假日酒店运营状况良好,入住率保持稳定,销售收入稳中有升。除此之外,2017年开业的杭州千岛湖伯瑞特度假酒店及淮北伯瑞特酒店,运营情况良好,入住率逐步攀升,销售收入较去年同期增长25.5%。

集团的物业租赁收入主要来自于位于杭州萧山区的恒隆广场和隐龙湾及位於宁波余姚的众安银泰城等。重装开业後的恒隆广场出租率逾97%,广场同时增加了差异化和体验元素和以儿童餐饮、生活、服务业态为主的"快乐时光"主题商业元素,有效地增加了商场人流,促进了商场消费。集团位于宁波余姚的众安银泰城项目已成功招商,并在2017年底前顺利开业,运营情况良好,未来将继续为集团的物业租赁贡献收入。

回顾期内,集团的物业管理费收入与2018年同期相比,增长约32.8%,继续为集团提供稳定的现金流。

截至2019年6月30日,集团的土地储备总建筑面积约为811万平方米,主要分布在长三角六个城市及其他地区三个城市,预计可支持未来五年的发展。
