格隆汇8月23日丨祈福生活服务(03686.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止6个月,公司收入1.78亿元人民币,同比增长2.6%;期间溢利4335.9万元,同比增长13.9%;毛利率44%,同比下降4个百分点;每股盈利0.042元。
收入增长主要由于物业代理服务、校外培训服务、职业介绍服务、物业管理服务及餐饮服务收入增加所致,由本集团资讯科技服务、装修及设备装置服务以及零售服务收入下降所抵销。
于2019年6月30日,该集团为15个住宅区及7项纯商业物业或项目提供物业管理服务,合计订约建筑面积约为9,620,000平方米。
