保利文化(03636.HK)中期毛利增长6%至6.16亿元古董珍玩成交10.81亿元创历史新高
格隆汇8月19日丨保利文化(03636.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司收入17.5亿元人民币，同比增长4.5%；毛利6.16亿元，同比增长6%；每股盈利0.33元。
收入增长主要由于剧院院线扩展所致。毛利率由截至2018年6月30日止6个月的34.7%增至截至2019年6月30日止6个月的35.2%。
艺术品经营与拍卖业务：2019年上半年，公司实现拍卖成交总额人民币36.52亿元，继续领跑全球中国艺术品拍卖市场。北京保利国际拍卖有限公司面对不利市场环境，迎难而上，积极进取，春季拍卖成交总额人民币28.72亿元，较去年同期略有增长。其中古董珍玩成交人民币10.81亿元，创历史新高，佞宋、逍遥座等专场广受瞩目，清雍正御制青花釉里红云海腾龙大天球瓶成交人民币1.472亿元。
保利香港拍卖有限公司2019年上半年实现成交额9.39亿港元，稳居香港市场第三位置。北京保利艺术中心有限公司积极组织有影响力的艺术展览，有效提升保利品牌。凝一文化创意发展（深圳）有限公司（文创公司）积极整合博物馆、文旅景区等IP资源，初步搭建起IP资源库；大力开拓线上销售渠道；与保利剧院、保利影业等合作，布局保利酷盒近30家。
演出与剧院管理业务：剧院院线拓展方面，北京保利剧院管理有限公司新接管云南省大剧院、保定关汉卿大剧院、西安丝路国际文化艺术中心大剧院、宿迁宿豫大剧院4家剧院，完成淄博保利大剧院、保定关汉卿大剧院、余杭大剧院开业首演。目前运营管理的剧院达到66家，遍布全国21个省、自治区、直辖市的58座城市，拥有观众厅120余个，座位13万余个。
演出及创意制作内容方面，保利剧院管理组织开展原创儿童剧《贝儿的新年城堡派对》、《故宫里的小不点》、音乐剧《灰姑娘》及《素敌小魔女》中文版巡演。应澳门文化局邀请，《故宫里的小不点》在澳门文化中心综合剧院进行两场演出，助推粤港澳大湾区文化交流。携手湖南卫视，共同打造《声入人心》音乐会全国巡演，取得良好口碑。
票务平台方面，北京保利票务发展有限公司完成66家保利旗下全部剧院系统接入，官方网站、微信票务端及手机APP同步上线。
影院投资管理业务：2019年上半年，保利影业投资有限公司新开江西新余、上海唐镇2家影城，旗下运营直营影城达到73家，实现票房收入人民币4亿元。
未来展望：保利文化2019下半年工作的总体思路是：不忘初心，牢记使命，以全面完成年度经营计划指标为目标，以完成年度重点工作为抓手，推动公司不断实现做大做优做强。
