人行改革LPR變相降貸款利率內房股普遍升逾3%-8%
人行改革貸款市場報價利率(LPR)機制,由之前參考貸款基準利率改為公開市場操作利率加點形成,銀行發放新貸款時會參考LPR,由於目前公開市場操作利率低於貸款基準利率,故有關改革變相降低銀行貸款利率。
內房股今早全面顯著上揚跑贏,三大藍籌中海外(00688.HK)、潤地(01109.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)最高見25.75元/31.85元/10.08元,現造25.65元/31.6元/10.04元,股價依次續升逾3%-6%。
上半年核心盈利年增79%的奧園(03883.HK)重越百天線(9.8元),最高見10.34元,現造10.22元,回升7.6%。時代中國(01233.HK)曾一舉重越10天及20天線(12.85元及13.41元),最高見13.46元,現造13.38元,回升7.2%。雅居樂(03383.HK)及合景泰富(01813.HK)高見10.22元及6.64元,現造10.22元及6.6元,回升逾8.5%。
萬科(02202.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)、世茂(00813.H)、中國恆大(03333.HK)現造28.05元/28元/21.05元/18.3元,升3%-4%。
金茂(00817.HK)及遠洋(03377.HK)升逾4%及6%,分別報4.84元及3.05元,股價均重越20天線。富力(02777.HK)最高見13.46元,現造13.24元,回升4.3%。
9月9日起正式成為國指新貴的融創中國(01918.HK)重越20天線(34.36元),最高見35.1元,現造35元,續漲6.9%。
綠城中國(03900.HK)、首置(02868.HK)及SOHO中國(00410.HK)升3.5%-6%,分別報6.23元、2.7元及2.46元,後兩者股價重越20天線。
中海宏洋(00081.HK)、旭輝(00884.HK)及寶龍地產(01238.HK)升3.5%-4.7%,分別報3.89元/4.8元/4.65元。
