花旗下调光大国际(0257.HK)目标价至8.5港元评级“买入”
花旗发表报告指,下调光大国际(00257.HK)2019年至2021年每股盈利测1%至4%,主要基於人民币贬值预期,目标价相应自9港元下调至8.5港元。不过该行指光大国际为内地环保板块首选,主要由于其目标业务量加倍,2018年至2021年盈利复合增长率达20%。内部成本节省措施亦抵销外在成本增幅,致毛利率水平稳健。另外公司去年9月额外集资100亿元後亦有资金可作业务扩张。加上光大国际之转废为能业务削减补贴之机会较低,维持“买入”评级。
