港股异动|新世界发展领涨香港本地地产股香港抛七大纾困措施
格隆汇8月16日丨继昨天触底反弹后,香港本地地产股今天再度走强,其中新世界发展(0017.HK)以逾5%的涨幅领涨,长实集团(1113.HK)、新鸿基地产(0016.HK)和九龙仓置业(1997.HK)紧随其后。为减轻市民财政负担,香港特区政府昨日宣布将推出7项纾困措施。香港财政司司长陈茂波预计,这一系列的支援企业及纾困措施,预计约191亿港元。此外,香港混乱局势目前看似得到一定程度的改善。大和发表研究报告称,香港地产股目前业绩反映经营表现稳健,上半年写字楼租金仍有所上升,另外在零售租户的销售额下跌时仍可提升零售店铺租金,且负债率维持低水平。现在无任何公司减少派息,在不明朗因素下,相信大部分公司仍可有能力维持每股派息,部分更可提升每股派息。
