亚洲联合基建控股(00711.HK)公布,集团最近与有关各方进行一系列商讨,内容有关可能收购一家目标公司少数权益的事项,而该公司主要从事香港住宅物业发展;及两项有关可能出售若干土地物业项目股权的事项。
集团主要从事土木工程、机电工程、地基及楼宇建筑工程、物业发展及资产租赁、专业服务及其他业务。公司认为可能收购事项及可能出售事项符合集团的业务发展策略及规划,为集团提供良好机会以投资具升值潜力的物业发展项目,且可能收购事项及可能出售事项乃集团的日常业务。
