格隆汇8月14日丨李宁(02331.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止六个月,实现收入62.55亿元人民币(单位下同),同比增长32.72%;毛利31.08亿元,同比增长35.49%;公司权益持有人应占期内溢利7.95亿元,同比增长196.01%;每股基本收益32.88分;不派息。

公告称,集团期内收入较2018年同期上升32.7%,同比增幅大幅提升。通过有效地将中国元素与自有"体育基因"相融合,李宁品牌的认同度显着提升,各渠道收入均录得较高的增长。

其中:(a)随着特许经销商对李宁品牌的信心增强,同时考虑集团整体渠道架构的优化,集团将部分原自营店铺转接给经销商经营,并同意经销商开设大店、时尚店,使特许经销商收入录得40%中段增长;(b)受部分店铺转接经销商的影响,直接经营销售收入增幅略有放缓,但依然获得了超过10%的增长率;及(c)电子商务渠道近年来发展迅速,收入占比持续上升,增速强劲,录得30%高段增长。

据悉,以吊牌价计算,特许经销商于2019年6月份举办的2020年第一季度订货会李宁品牌产品订单(不包括李宁YOUNG及中国李宁),按年录得10%-20%高段增长。

以去年同季度伊始已投入运营的李宁销售点(不包括李宁YOUNG)计算,截至2019年6月30日止第二季度,整个平台同店销售按年录得10%-20%中段增长。

就渠道而言,零售(直接经营)渠道和批发(特许经销商)渠道均录得10%-20%低段增长,电子商务虚拟店铺业务按年增长为30%-40%中段。

截至2019年6月30日止第二季度,李宁销售点(不包括李宁YOUNG)于整个平台零售流水按年录得20%-30%低段增长。就渠道而言,线下渠道(包括零售及批发)录得20%-30%低段增长,其中零售渠道录得高单位数增长及批发渠道录得20%-30%中段增长;电子商务虚拟店铺业务录得20%-30%高段增长。

截至2019年6月30日,于中国,李宁销售点数量(不包括李宁YOUNG)共计6,422个,较上一季末净增加112个,本年迄今净增加78个。在净增加的78个销售点中,零售业务净减少127个,批发业务净增加205个。
