中国生物科技服务(08037.HK)发布中期业绩
格隆汇8月13日丨中国生物科技服务(08037.HK)公布，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，实现营业额2857万港元，毛利1038.2万港元。
集团的主要业务为(1)于中国提供肿瘤免疫细胞治疗、免疫细胞存储及健康管理服务；(2)于中国内地及中国香港制造、研发、销售及分销保健相关及医药产品；(3)于香港提供医学实验室检测服务及健康检查服务；及(4)于香港买卖证券。
于2019年2月18日，中共中央国务院发布《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》，作为国家重大发展战略，而生物医药产业作为大湾区优先发展的领域将予以优先扶持。大湾区是中国人均GDP最高、科技创业和资本流动最活跃的地区之一，具有发展医疗健康产业的优势。大湾区的加速一体化，香港以及整个大湾区对于医疗健康产业的高度重视，集团将把握机遇，推动发展集团的主要业务。
中国的经济发展将逐渐进入平稳发展期，而且在2018年中国GDP年增长率也达到了6.6%的高值。经济发展所带来的人民消费能力提高以及对于身体健康重视程度的提高将持续有力推动未来几年生物医疗产业的发展，尤其是对于常规体检、癌症基因检测、疫苗接种及预防医学的发展，集团在香港的体检业务将于2019年进军中国内地市场，以在香港经营多年的信用体系、高水平管理以及良好商誉服务，提供专业可靠的体验服务给客户。
2019年1月，集团与美国的癌症临床检测公司Pillar签署投资与合作协议，将共同在香港建立专注于癌症病人基因检测的合营公司，立足香港，辐射大湾区，服务周边地区。集团预期，其经营业务有望提高我国癌症检测的能力。
在癌症治疗方面，近年来癌症治疗领域之最大突破之一便是免疫疗法在癌症治疗中的应用，CAR-T细胞疗法不仅治愈了大量血液和淋巴瘤病人，更是在2019年初被美国医保与医助服务中心正式纳入医保，此前CAR-T产品已经进入了英国医保。集团已于2019年收购约67%上海隆耀，其专门从事CAR-T及相关癌症治疗产品的研发，预期将大大受益于免疫疗法的良好形势。
在国家鼓励生物科技企业创新方面，继2018年联交所放宽上市条件吸引生物科技企业赴港上市的举措之后，2019年中国内地又特地开通科创板，以优惠条件为科技创新类企业上市融资提供便利，在没有盈利的情况下，生物医药企业可以根据其在研药物的临床试验进程申请进入科创板。对于具有投入高和回报周期长特点的医药研发企业而言，这无疑是重大利好消息。中国医疗服务的发展趋势和政策导向，将为集团打造未来生物科技平台创造良好的发展机会。
