江南集團(01366.HK)公布解決股權高度集中情況
江南集團(01366.HK)就解決股權高度集中進一步公布,公司已採取多項行動引進新投資者擴大股東基礎,其中包括與公司潛在投資者保持溝通以吸引彼等投資,及分別於2014年9月16日及2015年7月29日成功向若干專業、機構或其他投資者配售股份。
截至6月28日,首10名股東所持股權為54.87%,首20名股東持股60.72%。
公司指,其分散股權架構已持續存在一段時間,因此2012年所述公司股權高度集中狀況已不再適用,故不應作為評估公司目前股權架構之依據。
