天禧海嘉控股(00141.HK)预计中期业绩由盈转亏
格隆汇8月9日丨天禧海嘉控股(00141.HK)公布,公司预计截至2019年6月30日止6个月将取得亏损,而上年同期录得利润。预期亏损主要是由于:(i)目前汽车零售市场遭受负面影响及对新能源汽车的政府补贴减少,令该集团汽车业务分部确认减值亏损约港币800万元;及(ii)2019年上半年投资性房地产的公允价值减少约港币300万元,而2018年上半年则录得投资性房地产公允价值增加约港币200万元。
尽管如此,预期亏损为抵销以下各项后的金额:(i)由持有待售房地产转入投资性房地产的房地产公允价值的预期上升约港币600万元;及(ii)因重新评估租赁期而确认转回租赁负债约港币200万元。
