里昂升太古地产(1972.HK)评级至“跑赢大市”目标价下调至30港元
里昂报告指太古地产(01972.HK)上半年表现强劲,基本核心盈利升8.5%,主因香港办公室租金及中国项目有强劲增长,虽然有不确定性因素,但其(鱼则)鱼涌组合受惠办公室从中环迁出的需求及较少依靠旅游业,表现应继续优於整体市场。

该行指,公司的国内组合亦处於升势,受惠政策刺激内需。该行降2019-21年盈利预期2%,以反映预期香港租金增长放慢,目标价由33.5港元降至30港元,惟评级由“跑输大市”升至“跑赢大市”,因股价自3月中调整过后有上行空间。
