中昌国际控股(00859.HK)附属斥1.2亿元收购浙江舟山酒店
格隆汇8月9日丨中昌国际控股(00859.HK)公布,于8月8日联交所交易时间后,买方(公司间接全资附属公司)、卖方与目标公司订立该协议,据此,买方以现金收购,而卖方出售股权,初步代价约为人民币1.2亿元。股权将相当于目标公司于完成时全部股本权益。目标公司持有位于浙江舟山的酒店。
公告显示,该酒店整体总楼面面积约为33,113平方米,拥有253间海景客房、880平方米宴会厅、四个活动室、三间餐厅、大型健身中心及户外游泳池。该酒店于2018年竣工,并于2018年11月开业。
