农业银行(01288.HK)获准发行不超1200亿元无固定期限资本债券
格隆汇8月8日丨农业银行(01288.HK)公布,2018年年度股东大会审议批准,该行拟在境内市场发行总额不超过1,200亿元人民币的减记型无固定期限资本债券。
该行已收到《中国银保监会关於农业银行发行无固定期限资本债券的批复》(银保监复[2019]689号)和《中国人民银行准予行政许可决定书》(银市场许准予字[2019]第135号),同意该行在全国银行间债券市场公开发行不超过1,200亿元人民币无固定期限资本债券。
