格隆汇8月8日丨太古地产(01972.HK)公布,截至2019年6月30日止六个月,实现收入75.1亿港元,同比增长3%;公司股东应占溢利89.73亿港元,同比减少58%;每股盈利1.53港元第一次中期每股股息0.29港元。
香港投资物业方面,于2019年上半年,来自集团香港办公楼物业的应占租金收入总额合共三十二亿二千四百万港元。於2019年6月30日,集团香港办公楼物业的估值为一千八百亿一千九百万港元,其中太古地产应占权益为一千六百九十九亿九千二百万港元。
零售物业方面,于2019年上半年,来自集团香港零售物业的应占租金收入总额合共十四亿四千四百万港元。于2019年6月30日,集团香港零售物业的估值为六百零五亿七千九百万港元,其中太古地产应占权益为四百九十五亿一千七百万港元。
