大酒店(00045.HK)公布,今年第二季香港半岛酒店的平均可出租客房收入为3,292元,按年跌9%,平均房租为5,396元,按年下跌4.7%,出租率为61%,按年减少3个百分点。
至於其他亚洲地区,平均可出租客房收入为2,134元,按年升2.2%,平均房租为2,996元,按年升6.1%,出租率为71%,按年跌3个百分点。
美国及欧洲方面,平均可出租客房收入为4,565元,按年升3.4%,平均房租为5,928元,按年微升0.1%,出租率为77%,按年升2个百分点。
