瑞安房地产(00272.HK)公布,7月份合约物业销售额达到5.52亿元人民币(下同),其中包括住宅物业合约销售额5.46亿元和商业物业合约销售额6,000万元。
期内,合约物业已出售建筑面积为2.38万平方米及54个车位。合约物业合同销售平均价格为每平方米23,600元。
今年首七个月,累计合约物业销售额达到39.74亿元,按年下跌74.78%。其中包括住宅物业合约销售额38.23亿元和商业物业合约销售额1.51亿元。合约物业累计已出售总建筑面积21.22万平方米,平均售价为每平方米18,700元。另外,有393个车位於2019年首七月售出。
