格隆汇8月5日丨庄园牧场(01533.HK)公布,于2019年8月5日,公司监事会会议审议通过《关于使用部分闲置募集资金暂时补充流动资金的议案》,经审核,本次公司使用部分闲置募集资金暂时补充流动资金,能够提高募集资金使用效率,降低公司财务费用,符合相关规范性文件对募集资金使用的要求,相关决策程序合法合规,不存在损害公司和中小股东利益的情形。同意公司使用1亿元的闲置募集资金暂时补充流动资金,使用期限自董事会审议通过之日起不超过12个月,到期归还至募集资金专户。
