恒隆地产(00101.HK)对中港业务持续增长持审慎乐观态度
恒隆地产(00101.HK)在中期业绩展望中表示,尽管中美贸易纠纷并无缓和迹象,但对在香港及内地的业务能持续增长持审慎乐观的态度。增长将受多项主要因素推动。预期现有物业将继续提供稳固的自然增长,并将维持其动力。
此外,在资产优化计划方面的投资亦将带来可观回报。在今年稍後时间,上海的港汇恒隆广场商场的大型翻新工程将逐步完成,预计将会实现与上海的恒隆广场相近的收入增长。
2019年下半年,昆明的恒隆广场商场及办公楼、无锡的恒隆广场第二座办公楼、渖阳的市府恒隆广场康莱德酒店等多项新物业将陆续开业。此等项目将为业务增长注入新动力。
公司将视乎市场情况继续出售香港的住宅单位,与此同时,亦会透过出售非核心物业,从物业投资组合中获取更多价值。
物业发展方面,公司在香港已开展两项重建项目,并会继续寻找机会。内地方面,四个综合发展项目包含服务式公寓可供销售。
