格隆汇7月29日丨海鑫集团(01850.HK)公布,截至2019年4月30日止年度,实现收益2.48亿港元,同比增加11.1%;公司拥有人应占溢利1907.1万港元,同比减20.82%;每股基本及摊薄盈利2.38港仙;不派息。
于期内,剔除截至2019年4月30日止年度的非经常性转板上市开支约630万港元,集团应录得年度溢利增加约130万港元至截至2019年4月30日止年度的2540万港元,主要由于年度毛利增长所致.
