格隆汇7月29日丨天虹纺织(02678.HK)发布公告,预期集团截至2019年6月30日止6个月期间的未经审核股东应占溢利可能较上年同期录得约20–25%的跌幅。
公告表示,为应对市场状况,集团策略性地调整产品组合及定价以维持产能使用率,然而,集团第二季度的盈利能力受到影响(第二季度为集团于上半年的旺季,其表现通常较第一季度优胜颇多)。因此,该期间的毛利率下跌至约13.5%,而2018年同期则为约16.8%。即使因收购庆业集团及与其成立合营企业的会计处理而录得一次性收益,集团仍然预期该期间未经审核股东应占溢利减少约20–25%。
