中国信达(01359.HK)拟财务性投资锦州银行内资股受让其普通股总数的6.49%
格隆汇7月28日丨中国信达(01359.HK)公布,公司全资附属公司信达投资有限公司(“信达投资”)近日与相关股份出让方签署股份转让协议,拟受让锦州银行(00416.HK)的内资股股份。
截至公告发布之日,信达投资受让的股份数占锦州银行普通股股份总数的比例为6.49%。此次投资尚需满足协议约定的相关条件(包括取得相关监管批准)方可完成。
此次投资为公司附属公司信达投资的财务性投资。
