特斯拉Q2业绩不及预期CTO离职盘后大跌逾11%

美东时间7月24日盘后,特斯拉(usTSLA)公布了第二季度财报。财报显示,特斯拉第二季度营收63.5亿美元,调整后每股净亏损1.12美元,营收、利润均不及市场预期。此外,在财报电话会议上,马斯克还表示,首席技术官杰弗里•斯特劳贝尔即将离职,转而成为特斯拉的顾问

受此疲软财报影响,特斯拉股价盘后跌超11%报235.60美元,目前市值460.049亿美元

根据财报显示,特斯拉第二季度总营收为63.5亿美元(单位下同),同比增长59%,但仍低于市场预期的64.1亿;净亏损为3.89亿,较上年同期净亏损7.43亿有所收窄;归属于特斯拉普通股股东的净亏损为4.08亿,同比收窄43%;调整后每股净亏损1.12,市场预期为亏损31美分

第二季度毛利润为9.21亿,高于去年同期的6.19亿;运营亏损1.67亿,去年同期为6.21亿。运营支出为10.89亿,其中,研发支出为3.24亿,低于去年同期的3.86亿;销售、总务和行政支出为6.47亿,重组和其他支出为1.17亿。总毛利率较去年同期的15.5%降至14.5%

具体来看各业务情况。第二季度来自于汽车业务的营收为53.76亿,同比增长60%,其中,汽车销售业务营收51.68亿,租赁业务营收2.08亿;发电和储能业务营收为3.68亿,同比下降21%;服务及其他业务营收6.05亿,同比增长124%

公司第二季度电动车交付总量和产量均创出历史新高,电动车交付总量为95356辆,其中,Model S和Model X车型17722辆,Model 3为77634辆;电动车产量为87048辆,其中,Model S和Model X车型的产量为14517辆,Model 3的产量为72531辆。

值得注意的是,特斯拉汽车业务的毛利率仍在持续下降,从第一季度的20.2%下降到18.9%,更是低于去年同期的20.6%。不过,马斯克仍表示,特斯拉将在第三季度实现收支平衡、第四季度恢复盈利。

截至第二季度末,特斯拉持有的现金和现金等价物总额为50亿,系因今年5月通过增发股票获得了24亿收益和6.14亿自由现金流。在告股东信里马斯克提到,将集中精力扩大地区性生产和实现可持续性现金流,“我们相信我们的业务已经可以自给自足。”

针对未来的生产计划,马斯克表示,“不会将中国工厂生产的电动汽车销售到欧洲市场,将从Freemont工厂出口车辆到欧洲市场,直至欧洲工厂准备就绪,预计欧洲工厂可能会在2021年投产”,此外他还还重申交付预期目标,“正努力按顺序和每年增加交货量,季节性会有一些预期的波动。这与之前的指导方针相一致,即今年交付36万至40万辆汽车。”

在电话会议上还有一个重磅消息,那就是特斯拉联合创始人、二号人物、首席技术官斯特劳贝尔将离职,不过,他将“过渡”到一个咨询岗位,并表示“我不会去其它任何地方”

据悉,有媒体报道,当年其实是斯坦劳贝尔把马斯克带进了特斯拉,而斯坦劳贝尔担任公司的“二把手”也已经超过了15年,一直在负责公司的重要技术项目,包括电池、电力电子相关项目。

值得注意的是,除了斯坦劳贝尔离职转身之外,实际上,近段时间来已经有不少高管悄然转身离开特斯拉。

例如今年早些时间加入苹果的、主要负责电力传动系统工程相关事务的前副总裁迈克尔•施韦库奇,再如6月离开的人力资源副总裁兼多元化主管费利西亚•梅奥,跳槽到Lucid Motors的负责弗利蒙特工厂制造事务的彼得•霍霍尔丁格。此外,曾负责汽车内饰和外饰工程事务的高管史蒂夫•麦克马纳斯也将于本周离开特斯拉,加入苹果。
