SDMGROUP(08363.HK)就收购SunflowerChildcare订股份押记
SDMGROUP(08363.HK)公布,有关收购SunflowerChildcareGroupPteLtd股本60%一事,2019年7月17日,买方与卖方订立补充谅解备忘录,亦就卖方向买方抵押目标公司合共9.6万股普通股(相当於目标公司已发行股本48%)订立股份押记。
签订补充谅解备忘录後,另一笔价值525万新加坡元的可退还订金将作为诚意金向卖方支付。独家期间应由谅解备忘录日期起计9个月延长至谅解备忘录日期起计12个月。
