中交建(01800.HK)下属公司拟出资1亿人币与关连方发展一地块
中国交通建设(01800.HK)公布关连交易,公司下属西南投资拟向绿城小镇,收购成都绿城川菜小镇实业项目公司20%的股权,并与其控股股东绿城小镇以及四川省农业会展集团以20%、60%、20%的比例共同投资国际川菜小镇首启区地块。
项目计划投资总额5亿元人民币(下同),西南投资预计提供资金总金额1亿元人民币(下同),包含收购项目公司20%股权价款的400万元。
绿城小镇的母公司为公司控股股东中交通集团的下属公司绿城中国(3900.HK)。
