永利度假村公布20亿美元澳门扩建计划
永利度假村公布了澳门扩建计划,项目名为「水晶莲宫」,初步估计南面土地一期将投入20亿美元,配置约650间客房的酒店大楼,预计於2021年底动工,历时36个月以上;第二期(北面土地酒店大楼)工程时间及成本待定。
公司目标经调整後的物业EBITDA投资资本回报率约为15%-20%,预计每年访客量为700万至1,000万。
上述综合体项目毗邻永利皇宫,将包括两座酒店大楼、一间剧院和博物馆、互动雕塑、花园以及由建筑师Robert A.M. Stern设计的玻璃和钢结构的表演空间。公司指,水晶莲宫将是一个标志性的发展项目,致力配合澳门打造成为世界旅游休闲中心的方向,是每位旅客的必访之地。
