亿晶光电(600537.SH)投资者以证券虚假陈述为由对公司提起的诉讼高达839起
格隆汇6月24日丨亿晶光电(600537.SH)公布，就投资者以证券虚假陈述责任纠纷为由对公司提起的诉讼事项，截至目前，公司累计收到多名投资者对公司提起的合计839起民事诉讼案件材料(不包含3起因原告未按规定缴纳案件受理费，被法院按原告撤回起诉处理的案件)，诉讼金额累计人民币约9029.35万元(该金额为原诉讼请求金额，未考虑部分案件变更诉讼请求金额或撤诉的情况)。
2019年6月19日至2019年6月25日期间，公司无新增证券虚假陈述责任纠纷案件。
自2019年6月21日公司披露与490名投资者的代理律师或本人签署《和解协议》起，至2019年6月25日，公司(甲方)新增与83名投资者(乙方)的代理律师签署《调解协议》，根据相关协议，经各方确认：
1、就乙方起诉的民事赔偿案件，双方同意经调解或撤诉结案，并由人民法院出具《民事调解书》。
2、诉讼费由双方各担50%。
3、甲方向乙方支付总计人民币约708.21万元(含诉讼费)；乙方自行领取或授权其代理律师代为领取全部款项。
截至目前，公司累计与573名投资者的代理律师或本人签署《和解协议》或《调解协议》，其中269起已由南京市中级人民法院出具《调解书》；其余266起案件中，77起已撤诉，189起案件(诉讼金额合计人民币约2427.69万元，以原诉讼请求金额为标准统计)中54起已开庭审理。
根据诉讼目前进展情况，自2019年6月21日至今，新增签署调解协议的83起案件中，20起案件因收到起诉材料较早，已在2018年年度报告中计提相应的预计负债，其余63起案件预计对公司2019年利润影响金额约人民币502.67万元，合并计算公司2019年6月21日发布的《关于投资者诉讼事项的进展公告》里披露的前期诉讼案件对公司2019年利润影响金额(1367.08万元)，截至目前，前述已签署《和解协议》或《调解协议》的案件预计对公司2019年利润影响金额约人民币约1869.75万元(具体金额以公司定期报告确定为准)，由于剩余案件仍处于审理状态，未产生生效法律文书，故目前对公司2019年度利润影响金额暂无法预计。
