NIRAKU(01245.HK)斥2.7億收購福島物業建大型遊戲館
NIRAKU(01245.HK)公布,向獨立第三方收購位於日本福島縣郡山市大町2丁目物業,包括兩幅總面積約10,869平方米土地及其上所建兩層零售商店及三層停車場,代價37.68億日圓(約2.69億港元),將以內部資源及銀行按揭融資撥付。
公司計劃於2020年中期對物業進行必要的投資,包括室內翻新及採購設備並經營大型日式彈珠機遊戲館,採購約1,000部日式彈珠機及日式角子機。
