ST远程(002692.SZ)涉诉事项拟申请撤销仲裁结果
格隆汇6月20日丨ST远程(002692.SZ)公布，2019年4月27日，公司对外披露《关于涉诉事项的公告》。2017年12月，公司控股股东杭州睿康体育文化有限公司(现更名为杭州秦商体育文化有限公司)(以下简称“秦商体育”)与李恬静签订《借款合同》，李恬静向秦商体育提供借款本金6000万元，借款期限为2017年12月25日至2018年3月24日，公司、睿康控股集团有限公司、夏建军等为此笔借款提供担保。借款期满后，由于秦商体育未能按照借款合同的约定向李恬静偿还借款，李恬静向郑州仲裁委员会申请仲裁。
2018年8月23日郑州仲裁委员会受理了此项借款合同纠纷案件。申请人李恬静要求被申请人秦商体育偿还借款本金6000万元并支付利息600万元(利息暂计算至申请仲裁之日，要求以6000万元为基数，按月息2%自2018年3月24日支付至实际全部清偿之日)；要求被申请人秦商体育支付罚息(以6000万元为基数，按日千分之三自提起仲裁之日支付至实际清偿之日)；要求其他被申请人公司、睿康集团、夏建军等对秦商体育的上述债务承担连带保证责任；要求全部被申请人承担本案仲裁费、保全费、律师费等费用。
仲裁结果判定除秦商体育以外的其他被申请人连带偿还申请人李恬静借款5545.3954万元及利息。利息计算以5545.3954万元为基数按照月利率2%自2018年5月26日起至实际还款日止，其承担保证责任后有权依法向借款人追偿。
驳回申请人李恬静其他仲裁请求。该案律师代理费40万元、保全费5000元、保全担保费90000.04元、仲裁费441697元，由除秦商体育以外的其他被申请人共同承担。
除秦商体育以外的其他被申请人的上述义务，应于本裁决送达之日起十日内履行。逾期履行，按照《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百五十三条之规定，加倍支付迟延履行期间的债务利息或支付迟延履行金。
目前，公司对郑州仲裁委员会的仲裁结果尚存异议，已委派专业律师向郑州市中级人民法院申请撤销此次仲裁结果。
