《盈利预喜》保德国际发展(00372.HK)料全年扭亏赚2.65亿至2.95亿元
保德国际发展(00372.HK)公布,集团预期截至今年3月底止年度的溢利按年大幅增加,并扭转於去年同期的净亏损状况。根据现有资料,年度未经审核综合纯利估计范围在2.65亿元至2.95亿元之间,上年度则为亏损为3,700万元。主要归因於金融工具的公允价值收益,尤其是公司对AFC Mercury Fund的投资收益为3.8亿元;出售两家从事投资控股的附属公司所确认的收益为2,700万元。部分已抵消集团联营公司,保华集团的权益减值亏损。
