大市急升，不过食品股走势向异。早前创新高、将於周四公布末期业绩的维他奶国际（0345），周三早段靠稳，但及後升幅逐步收窄，中午收市前更逆市倒跌，45元得而复失。向上参考历史高位47.25元为上望目标，支持参考42元水平。市场上首只维他奶窝轮刚於周二正式登场，如想在业绩前作部署，看好可留意维他购20085，行使价52.88元，19年12月到期。
至於受憧憬中美贸易战，在美国具猪肉业务的万洲国际（0288），周三则显着向好，高位曾抽升逾12%，一度高见8.5元水平，之後保持在8元附近向好。看好可留意万洲购19596，行使价8.89元，19年11月到期。
汽车股反弹，吉利汽车（0175）周三高位曾升约半成，一度突破13元，其反後升幅略见收窄。向上观望企稳13元的机会，支持参考12元。看好可留意吉利购26907，行使价14.68元，19年9月到期。或50兑1吉利牛61244，收回价11.28元，行使价10.78元，20年1月到期。相反看淡可留意吉利沽14111，行使价11.38元，19年9月到期。或50兑1吉利熊61458，收回价14.08元，行使价14.58元，20年4月到期。
赌股亦见受追捧。银河娱乐（0027）周三曾升逾半成，一度高位见52元。看好可留意银河牛59037，收回价47.38元，行使价46.58元，20年1月到期。相反看淡可留意银河熊68909，收回价57.28元，行使价58.08元，19年12月到期。金沙中国（1928）周三亦升逾半成，看好可留意金沙牛61833，收回价31.88元，行使价31.08元，19年11月到期。
