长实旗下「海之恋商场」已推出楼面逾9成获承租
长实地产投资董事黄思行在发布会上表示,旗下荃湾「海之恋商场OP Mall」占地约43万平方尺,分两阶段招租,首阶段出租率已达逾90%,其中占四成的餐饮商铺已全数出租,第二阶段招租工作会在今日(18日)起启动。
她指出,商场租户包括来自日本的Don Don Donki、海底捞、Ruby Tuesday及Feather & Bone等,相信有个别商铺最快会在8月底开幕,至於平均尺租则介乎50至400元。
