新地代理业务部总经理张卓秀敏出席记者会时公布,新地(00016.HK)旗下屯门御半山II期项目原价加推108伙,面积介乎250至531平方尺,间隔由开放式至三房不等。
新一张价单折实即供售价介乎432.22万元至868.01万元,折实尺价介乎14,022至19,682元,折实平均尺价约16,360元,最快本周六(22日)开售。张卓秀敏指,两张价单合计516个单位,折实价计算市值逾13亿元,两张价单合计共86伙为600万元以下单位,而截至昨晚(17日)已累收逾1,200票。
