玲珑轮胎(601966.SH)拟10派3元“玲珑转债”18日起停牌
格隆汇6月12日丨玲珑轮胎(601966.SH)公布,公司将以2018年年度利润分配时股权登记日的总股本为基数,扣除回购专户中的股份,向全体股东按每10股派发现金红利3.0元(含税)。
另外,自2019年6月18日至权益分派股权登记日期间,“玲珑转债”转股代码(191019)将停止交易,股权登记日后的第一个交易日起可转债转股代码(191019)将恢复交易,欲享受权益分派的可转债持有人可在2019年6月17日(含2019年6月17日)之前进行转股。
