市传旭辉集团(00884.HK)在公开市场暂停买地
内地《澎湃新闻》引述消息报道,旭辉控股集团(00884.HK)已要求区域公司暂停在公开市场拿地,何时重启仍待集团通知。而此前有报道曾指,监管部门暂停了包括旭辉集团在内的数家房企在交易所的公开融资。
旭辉集团对此回应指,目前土地市场过热,不符合行业发展的大趋势,平稳的市场应该是未来较长一段时期的主基调。公司土储获取相对充足,可满足近期发展所需。对於对被暂停在交易所融资一事,旭辉集团则表示,截止目前没有收到包括口头和书面等任何形式的通知,资本市场业务暂无异常。
