《大行報告》摩通領展(00823.HK)全年分派符預期維持「增持」評級
摩根大通發表報告表示,領展(00823.HK)公布截至今年3月底止全年度每基金單位分派2.7117元,按年增長8.6%符合預期,集團旗下本港零售物業組合續租穩定,在內地零售物業及寫字樓表現亦強勁。領展亦指本財年將進行6,000萬個基金單位回購計劃。
該行指,維持對領展「增持」投資評級,目標價108.6元。摩通稱,領展全年度整體物業組合的續租租金調整率維持於22.5%,平均每月單月租金按年升9%至每平方呎68元,而物業組合的租用率維持於97.1%水平。
