2. This promotion is only applicable to Hong Kong permanent residents aged 18 or above.

5. The account type is selected by the client at the time of account opening. A TRADER account may be upgraded to a PRO account; however, once upgraded, it is irreversible and the account cannot be converted back to a TRADER account. Standard or PRO accounts do not support conversion to a TRADER account.

7. Upon successful registration and complete online verification, new customers will receive 8 cash vouchers in their welcome rewards package. All 8 cash vouchers can be activated in the uSMART App’s Rewards Center within 30 days after completing online verification, according to the respective voucher activiate conditions

14. If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers after receiving it in customers’ reward center in uSMART APP –Rewards, the vouchers will become invalid. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon in customer's reward center.
15. Customers need to have an uSMART securities account for using the coupons.

17. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.

In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behavior.
