Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion Period: From 18:00pm 9 April 2021 to 9 July 2021. (Including the starting and the ending day)
- This promotion is only available to Hong Kong customers who are 18 years old or older.
- The promotion event only applies to new customers to participate. New customers refer to those who have not opened any trading accounts with uSMART Securities Limited (“The Company”) in the past 6 months.
- This promotion event only applicable for customers who successfully open an account and subscribe the money market funds through uSMART CASH+ within the promotion period. According to the equivalent value of the fund subscription in their trading account, each customer can enjoy an additional 2% annual interest rate on the capital equivalent to HK$100,000. If customer subscribe funds equivalent more than HK$100,000, the exceeded capital cannot enjoy an additional 2% annual interest rate.
- If customers subscribe funds with foreign currency, they will be converted into Hong Kong dollars based on the last reference exchange rate of uSMART Securities.
- The reward of this promotion event (which is an additional 2% annual interest rate) will be distributed to the customer's reward centre as cash coupon within 7 working days after the end of promotion period (9 April 2021). Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions of cash coupons. Customers must collect their reward within 30 days after the reward is distributed, or else their right to receive the reward will be waived and became invalid.
- Fund investment and subscription do not equal to bank deposit. There is no guaranteed profit or protection. Investors may sustain a substantial or even total loss.
- In case of any termination of the Company account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, the Company reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover the rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotion plan and any loss arising from the behaviour.
- The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
