卡夫亨氏(KHC.US)將分拆為兩家公司 結束十年合併局面
卡夫亨氏(KHC.US)宣布,將於2026年下半年完成分拆成兩間公司,結束2015年由股神巴菲特旗下巴郡及3G Capital推動、天價460億美元的合併交易。
分拆後,第一間新公司將專注於常溫餐食,旗下品牌包括亨氏、忌廉芝士Philadelphia及卡夫芝士通心粉等品牌,2024年淨銷售額約154億美元,當中約七成半來自醬料、抹醬及調味品。第二間公司則專注北美基礎食品,涵蓋肉腸品牌Oscar Mayer、卡夫芝士片等,淨銷售額約104億美元。
卡夫亨氏董事會執行主席Miguel Patricio表示,現有架構複雜,限制了資本配置與業務優先發展,分拆有助釋放品牌潛力,提升表現並創造長期股東價值。現任行政總裁Abrams-Rivera將出任北美基礎食品公司的CEO,另一公司則將另聘行政總裁。
