華潤啤酒(00291.HK)上半年純利增長23.0%至57.89億元,毛利率升至48.9%創新高,擬派中期息每股0.464元
格隆匯8月19日丨華潤啤酒(00291.HK)公佈,2025年上半年,集團綜合營業額爲人民幣239.42億元,同比增長0.8%。受益於啤酒業務高端化戰略的持續發展和原材料採購成本的節約,2025年上半年集團的毛利率同比上升2.0個百分點至創新高的48.9%。集團於2025年上半年未計利息及稅項前盈利及股東應佔溢利亦分別創新高至人民幣76.91億元及人民幣57.89億元,分別同比增長20.8%和23.0%,其中,啤酒業務的未經審計的未計利息及稅項前盈利及股東應佔溢利分別同比增長13.8%和17.3%。
啤酒業務方面,集團於2025年上半年實現啤酒銷量約6,487,000千升,同比上升2.2%。集團高端啤酒產品持續發力,2025年上半年普高檔及以上啤酒銷量同比增長超過10%。其中,"喜力®"在去年高基數的情況下銷量仍突破兩成增長,"老雪"銷量同比增長超過70%,"紅爵"銷量比去年同期實現翻倍增長。
集團的啤酒業務於2025年上半年營業額爲人民幣231.61億元,同比增長2.6%。持續的高端化發展帶動平均銷售價格同比上升0.4%,以及原材料採購成本的節約,推動2025年上半年啤酒業務毛利率同比上升2.5個百分點至48.3%。
白酒業務方面,面對行業深度調整,集團白酒業務於2025年上半年營業額人民幣7.81億元,大單品「摘要」貢獻白酒業務營業額接近八成。集團白酒業務於2025年上半年的毛利率基本持平,未計利息、稅項、折舊及攤銷前盈利爲人民幣2.18億元。
展望2025年下半年,面對消費波動的時代,集團將持續踐行「決勝高端、卓越發展」戰略,持續洞察消費新趨勢,敏捷迴應滿足消費新需求,進一步推動「精簡、精益、精細」策略落地,深入踐行「啤白雙賦能」戰略,通過創新的營銷模式和產品理念提升集團的競爭地位,引領行業發展。
董事會議宣派付中期股息每股人民幣0.464元,較去年同期增長24.4%,與股東分享成果。
