香港高院勒令華南城(01668.HK)清盤
華南城(01668.HK)今早(11日)被香港高等法院勒令清盤,成為自中國恆大(03333.HK)被清盤以來資產規模最大的中國房地產商。
華南城的重組方案在經過數月的談判後仍未能獲得足夠的債權人支持,華南城的清盤申請是由花旗國際於今年1月提出,花旗國際是華南城美元債券的受託人。根據華南城年報,截至去年底公司總負債約609億港元。
華南城最新報0.107元,跌1.83%,成交220.4萬股,涉資23.97萬元。
