匯通達網絡(09878.HK)與阿里雲簽訂全面合作協議 深化雲計算、人工智能及下沉市場數字化領域的協同合作
格隆匯8月8日丨匯通達網絡(09878.HK)宣佈，於2025年8月8日，公司與阿里雲簽訂全面合作協議，雙方通過資源整合與優勢互補，共同探索人工智能和數字化解決方案的創新及應用前景，深化雲計算、人工智能及下沉市場數字化領域的協同合作。
根據全面合作協議，集團及阿里雲預期於以下領域展開合作，包括：
(i) 全棧AI合作：集團將接入通義千問大模型，結合集團在零售行業的深度經驗，將大模型及相關AI能力與集團產業數據融合，打造「小店大模型智能體」、「AI銷售智能體」、「銷售預測智能體」及「AI客服機器人」矩陣，提升S2b2c(供應鏈－商戶－顧客)供應鏈智能化服務能力，共建下沉市場的營銷獲客與智能銷售能力。
(ii) 雲資源與算力合作：雙方爲雲計算與大模型AI領域全面合作夥伴，阿里雲爲集團提供專屬雲計算資源，保障集團業務高可用性與彈性擴展，助力集團AI大模型訓練與推理，快速迭代行業模型。同時，阿里雲將提供包括解決方案架構師、大模型技術服務專家、產品技術專家等角色的專家團隊參與項目，協助集團全棧AI產品應用開發。
長期以來，下沉市場的零售門店面臨着經營效率不高、商品推薦精準度低等問題。而AI大模型憑藉其強大的數據分析和決策支持能力，爲解決這些問題提供了關鍵路徑。
全面合作預期將充分發揮集團及阿里雲在技術、市場及資源整合等方面的優勢，實現強強聯合，構建「AI+產業」新生態，爲下沉市場提供更多技術與產品創新，更好滿足下沉市場用戶需求，提升雙方在下沉市場的客戶數量及服務收入規模，鞏固市場領先地位。全面合作將充分發揮集團在下沉市場客戶、渠道及服務等方面的優勢，爲集團帶來更多良好業務機遇，使集團能夠獲取尖端人工智能技術並升級AI+SaaS解決方案，提升集團在智慧零售、會員運營及智慧供應鏈等領域的數字化競爭力，符合公司及其股東的整體利益。
