恆地(00012.HK)利奧坊系列套現逾135億 年內推三盤涉近1,600夥
恆地(00012.HK)旗下旺角利奧坊系列項目推售至今累售逾2,200夥,套現逾135億,當中最新一期利奧坊.首隅自今售出190夥,平均成交尺價約19,700元。
恆基物業代理董事及營業(二)部總經理韓家輝表示,年內仍有3個全新項目推售,共涉近1,600夥。其中,大角嘴利奧坊第6期最快第四季登場,提供逾120夥,主打中小型單位,將以樓花形式推售;至於第7期則以中大型單位爲主。灣仔活道項目料年內推售,涉約170夥,以中型單位爲主。紅磡土瓜灣庇利街的大型重建項目,則提供約1,300夥,主攻中小型單位。
