墨西哥指責Adidas新款涼鞋設計涉嫌剽竊土著文化 稱需提供賠償
墨西哥當局指控運動服飾公司Adidas剽竊墨西哥文化遺產的設計,稱該公司一款新涼鞋與當地傳統土著鞋履「瓦拉切」(huaraches)極為相似。
爭議當局表示是次並非傳統墨西哥手工藝首次被抄襲,基於上述憂慮,當局已要求Adidas撤回該款鞋型。
墨西哥總統辛鮑姆周五表示,Adidas已與南部瓦哈卡州(Oaxaca)當局展開會談,將向遭抄襲的有關方面提供賠償,並指當地政府正籌備法律改革,以防止墨西哥手工藝被複製。
