《大行》花旗:太古地產(01972.HK)經常性溢利勝預期 評級「買入」
花旗發表研究報告指,太古地產(01972.HK)上半年基本溢利增加15%至44.2億元,經常性基本溢利減少4%至34.2億元,達到該行對公司全年預測的55%,勝於預期。期內,派中期息35仙,按年增長3%,達到其股息錄中個位數升幅的目標,意味著以基礎利潤的派息比率為52%。
報告提到,上半年太古地產並未宣布新的回購計劃,預計股價或會初步作出負面反應。另外,公司管理層將有變動,龍雁儀擬於明年5月退任常務董事兼首席財務官。現任公司的關聯公司港機集團財務董事施世華將於龍雁儀退任時接任。
該行相信,在稍後的業績簡報會上,市場將關注太古地產最新的租金前景、商業物業管道和財政管理,予目標價22.2元,評級為「買入」。
